THE CHALLENGE STARTS TODAY.

UNLEASHYOURPOWER.
In the next 12 days, you are about to let go everything that was never really you and become the most magnetic, unapologetic version of yourself.

THE JOURNEY
Every day you receive an exercise to transform the knowledge into action. We're going to handcraft the identity of the most self-aware, self-loving version of you who moves through the world on their own terms.
A powerful visualisation where you'll come face to face with the little kid you once were and the future version you are becoming.
On day two we uncover the invisible rules you live by, where they came from, and what they've been costing you.
Start seeing your coping mechanisms and self-sabotage clearly and finally understand why you react the way you do.
Days 4 through 12 take you deeper into your emotions, your nervous system, your habits, the environment shaping you more than you realise and the life that's been waiting for you on the other side of all of it.
…Dive in to unravel the rest.
Believe me. I know what it's like to live under constant self-pressure.
How could I feel enough for the world, when I was still not enough for myself?

The TV Show
While training for the country's most grueling military TV program, I was working three jobs and watching my parents' marriage collapse, pushing my body past every limit.
By the time it started, I had nothing left to give. I'd been so focused on not disappointing anyone, I forgot to show up for myself.
The Control(and the loss of it)
I worked out 6 days a week. Tracked every calorie. And didn't allow myself to eat junk food…
Only to end up emotionally eating, finishing two XXL bags of chips on a random Tuesday to find some relief from the stress I was feeling.

The Performance
I felt the constant pressure to be fun, interesting, intelligent, even when I didn't believe I was myself.
It made me feel anxious even around friends, constantly overthinking my words and behaviour, trying to edit myself into someone more worthy of being liked.
The moment you stop trying to be enough and start allowing yourself to be real, your authenticity becomes far more powerful than the version of yourself built for approval.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have very high standards for yourself, and no matter what you do or achieve, it never feels quite good enough.
There's a constant tension and restlessness in your body. A feeling of urgency in everything you do, as if you're always running behind.
What life is going to look like when you unleash your power within.

BEFORE
Your brains' favourite night activity is replaying every conversation you've had, especially the ones where you said something stupid. You say yes when you mean no, laugh off things that hurt, and shrink yourself so others feel comfortable.

AFTER
You truly feel at peace, your mind is calm at night and you wake up feeling energised and excited for the day. You communicate your boundaries without guilt and feel truly loved an appreciated for who you are.

BEFORE
Your shoulders are always chilling somewhere around your ears. Everything feels high-stake all the time and a single mistake can cause you to break down completely.

AFTER
Life feels lighter and you're actually having fun again. You love the person you see in the mirror and you feel this deep appreciation for her, even when she messes up sometimes.

BEFORE
You feel responsible for everyone and everything. You've neglected your own wants and needs for so long, you're not even sure what they are anymore.

AFTER
You know who you are and what you stand for. You're taking care of yourself and your body again and show up for the people around you without losing yourself in the process.
UNLEASH YOUR POWER
A 12-day challenge for people who are done staying small and ready to own who they are.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sanne. I used to be the person who never wanted to be a burden, who kept her struggles to herself, who believed that performing well was how you earned love and belonging. And it worked... in a way. But it also cost me a lot.
At some point I realised the problem was never my performance. It was the story running underneath it - that I had to be flawless to be worthy. That's when things started to change. I stopped trying to prove myself and started leaning and relaxing into myself.
The reason you keep acting in ways that hurt you isn't a lack of discipline. It's because your nervous system is still operating from an old story. This work is about finally understanding that story and learning how you can take the steps to rewrite it.
